Residential Development

​The mainstay of our work.  With sites ranging from 1 to over 100 units, we have assisted several developers in gaining planning and building regulations consents.

Often keeping involved onsite, we are pleased to see these developments coming to successful build and sales completions.

Bespoke Houses

We have provided design and detailed drawing services for private individuals and developers wishing to self build or tender their own special project.  Helping to establish and develop their project brief,  guiding clients through the planning and building regulations processes.

Liaising with specialists and consultants as well as contractors onsite, establishing relationships that lead to the successful creation of a bespoke new home.

Commercial, Healthcare & Retail 

Whilst much of our expertise is grounded within the residential sector, we've also been involved in every stage of work from inception to completion on numerous commercial, retail and healthcare projects over the last 20 years.

Whilst working for other practices, our skills have been instrumental in the designs for several award winning care homes, at locations across the country. Working with national charities as well as NHS trusts, we are proud of our past achievements.

Feasibility & Concept

We are familiar with responding to need.  With such high demand for housing sites, there is often short notice of newly available land. We appreciate a developer or investor needs to move quickly or face losing out.

We regularly review the potential planning gains and difficulties of sites across the country.  Preparing sketch layouts and appraisals, through to submitting Pre-application Planning Enquiries, in a timely manner.
