Home Extensions

There is always something that can be done to bring a property more inline with your way of living. We will help you formulate your requirements and brief, advise on suitability and costs, then guide you through the planning and building regulations processes, liaising with other consultants and specialists as required.

Whether you've been in your home for a long time already and just need some more space to adapt for a growing family, or if you wish to re-plan a property you are new to for a more modern way of living, we have designed extensions and altered layouts of all types for many properties, one, two or more storey's high.

Conservation Areas

We have successfully completed several extensions in conservation areas and on listed buildings. Guiding clients through the enhanced Planning, Conservation and Listed Building implications. Providing careful consideration for the heritage asset, whilst informing the client and fulfilling their needs.

Recent projects within conservation areas have involved Rutland County Council, Huntingdonshire District Council and Peterborough City Council. We have gained consents for various projects, from single storey orangeries and extensions to two storey annex's.

Pool House, Annex or Workplace

Extensions aren't always just about making more rooms or expanding existing types of space. We are very pleased to have been involved in gaining planning and building regulation consents for various projects from oak framed Pool Houses to Annex's for family members.

Current projects include adaptations and new builds for home offices and storage facilities, supporting changing needs for smaller businesses.
